Based in China for 10 years working in the field of innovation during the period of the great industrial and technological evolution of the country, Enrico is an entrepreneur in the field of innovation and new technologies, co-founder and chief managing director of SPICI. Over the years he has been working on several programs for scientific-technological cooperation and entrepreneurial development of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Education, University and Research of Italy. He teaches innovation management and entrepreneurship at the New York University of Shanghai and at Shanghai Normal University, where since 2016 he has been one of the youngest professors of the university. He completed his studies with a specialization program in disruptive innovation strategy at Harvard Business School. He holds a master's degree with double specialization in economics and entrepreneurship from the University of Paris-Saclay and Shanghai Normal University and a master's degree in political science and decision-making processes from the University of Florence. In addition to Italian, he is fluent in English and Chinese. He is the only Italian ever included in the Forbes China 30 Under 30 lists, indicated as one of the most influential young innovators in China. In 2017 he was also one of the youngest to receive the award "Best Practice in Managing Innovation Ecosystems" from the Scientific and Technological Commission of the Government of the Shanghai Municipality.
