何连生,博士,教授级高工,毕业于清华大学,历任中国环境科学研究院环境工程技术研究中心总工和检测中心主任。目前是中国环境技术验证评估联盟技术委员、地下水污染防控与修复产业联盟检测专委会主任委员。主要从事水土环境治理和检测技术开发应用工作,承担了西南山区旅游型村镇环境综合整治和景观技术集成与示范、铬污染等三大行业场地风险协同管控与修复技术、白洋淀草型湖泊富营养化和沼泽化逐级治理技术与工程示范等国家级科研课题。获发明专利14项,在《环境科学》、《环境科学研究》、《湿地科学》、Wat. Sci.&Tech. Environmental Engineering等刊物发表论文60多篇,出版专著5部,获省部级科技一等奖1项,二等奖2项、三等奖3项。擅长污水处理、水环境修复、污染场地修复,有40多项环境检测、可研设计、风险评估等咨询业绩,在推动环保技术的成果转化和技术标准化方面富有经验,参与发布了农村环境治理、城镇污水、污泥、印染、造纸、电镀等领域8项污染防治技术标准。 Dr. He Liansheng, graduated from Tsinghua University, professor level senior engineer, and has successively served as chief engineer of environmental engineering technology research center of Chinese Academy of Environmental Sciences and director of testing center. At present, he is the technical member of China Environmental Technology Verification and assessment alliance, and the chairman of the detection Committee of groundwater pollution prevention and remediation industry alliance. He is mainly engaged in the development and application of soil and water environment pollution control and detection technology. He has undertaken national scientific research projects such as comprehensive environmental improvement and landscape technology integration and demonstration of Tourism Villages and towns in southwest mountain areas, coordinated control and repair technology of site risk of chromium pollution, and step-by-step treatment technology and engineering demonstration of eutrophication and swamping of Baiyangdian Lake. He has obtained 14 invention patents, published more than 60 papers and 5 Monographs in Environmental Science, environmental science research, wetland science, wat. SCI. & Tech. environmental engineering, etc., and won 1 first prize of provincial and ministerial science and technology award, 2 second prizes and 3 third prizes. He is good at sewage treatment, water environment restoration and contaminated site remediation. He has more than 40 consulting achievements in environmental detection, feasibility study design and risk assessment. He is experienced in promoting the achievement transformation and technical standardization of environmental protection technology. He has participated in the release of 8 pollution prevention and control technical standards in rural environmental treatment, urban sewage, sludge, printing and dyeing, papermaking, electroplating and other fields.

沙尔江·吾守尔博士是中国工程院战略咨询中心与清华大学医学院联合招收的在站博士后。他于2018年毕业于北京大学药学院药事管理专业。他曾先后在新疆医科大学药学院及新疆医科大学第一附属医院工作。他的研究领域包括整合医学理论、医院管理、药物经济学、药物政策及公立医院改革。 Dr Haishaerjiang Wushouer is currently a Post-doc fellow in Centre for Strategic Studies of Chinese Academy of Engineering. He graduated from Peking University Health Science Centre for his Ph.D. degree in Pharmacy Administration in 2018. He worked as a teaching assistant in Xinjiang Medical University in 2012, and then as a pharmacist in First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University. His research interests include holistic integrative medicine, hospital management, pharmacoeconomics, drug policy and public hospital reform.
陈禹保,男,博士,研究员。澳大利亚墨尔本大学(Department of Zoology, the University of Melbourne)和美国杜克大学(Department of Biological Sciences, Duke University )高级访问学者。北京实验动物研究中心副主任兼总工程师;北京市计算中心生物计算事业部创始人兼经理;同时担任北京市基因测序与功能分析工程技术研究中心副主任;中国工程学会计算生物学与生物信息学专业委会副主任兼会秘书长;中国医药生物技术协会医学生物信息技术分会第二届委员会常务委员;中国计算机学会生物信息专委会委员,北京实验动物学会理事。 2016年完成了高通量测序数据的云计算平台构建,包括人类基因组测序数据、转录组组数据、肠道微生物组数据等自动化解读流程,实现了解读报告与临床医学无缝对接,生物信息云计算平台已成功实现技术成果转化。 目前主要致力于2型糖尿病及高血压生物医学数据库及基于此数据库的诊断预警模型构建,以期通过人群队列案研究,建立组学数据与临床医学数据采集流程,探讨出一个基于生命医学大数据为基础的人工智能诊疗模型,服务于大众的智能健康管理云;同时,进行2型糖尿病组学与2型糖尿病动物模型构建与组学数据人工智能研究。 奖励与成果: 2018年获中国技术市场协会金桥奖先进个人奖; 2018年获北京市科学技术研究院优秀成果奖(第一完成人) 2017年获得北京市科委新产品认证4项,获中关村管委会政府首购产品1项; 2016年获北京市科学技术研究院优秀成果奖(第一完成人), 2016年获《互联网+生物医药检测综合综合分析平台》获中关村管委会认证。 累计出版物:专著1部,发表文章40余篇,软著16项,并拥有10余项生物医学相关发明专利。
柴发合研究员,博士生导师、中国环境科学研究院大气环境首席科学家,中国环境科学学会常务理事、大气环境分会理事长,国家大气重污染成因和治理攻关联合中心副主任,国家生态环境保护专家委员会委员。曾任中国环境科学研究院副院长。 依托国家科技攻关、863、973、科技支撑计划和行业科技专项支持,承担了大气环境容量、京津冀大气污染联防联控支撑技术、典型地区大气灰霾特征与控制途径、京津冀地区大气重污染过程应急关键技术、东南沿海典型经济快速发展地区环境质量演变机制与调控原理、区域大气污染物总量控制技术等课题研究。近年主要研究大气复合污染来源成因、控制对策与重污染应对技术,为京津冀及周边地区大气污染控制提供科技支撑。参加了《大气污染行动计划》制定、《大气污染防治法》修订和多项重大活动空气质量保障。目前正在参与组织实施《京津冀及周边地区大气重污染成因与治理》项目。 Chai Fahe researcher, doctoral tutor, chief scientist of atmospheric environment of the Chinese Academy of Environmental Sciences, executive director of the Chinese Society of Environmental Sciences, Chairman of the atmospheric environment branch, deputy director of the National Joint Research Center for Tacking Key Problems in Air pollution Control, and member of the National Committee of Experts on Ecological Environment Protection. He was vice president of the Chinese Research Academy Institute of Environmental Sciences. Relying on the national science and technology 863, 973, and Science and technology support plan, has undertaken the atmospheric environmental capacity, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei air pollution joint control and support technology, typical regional atmospheric haze characteristics and control path, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region atmospheric heavy pollution process emergency key technology, the southeast coastal typical rapid economic development area environmental quality evolution mechanism and regulation principle, regional total air pollution control technology and other research. In recent years, he mainly studies the causes of atmospheric compound pollution, control measures and heavy pollution response techniques, and provides scientific and technological support for air pollution control in Beijing, Tianjin and surrounding areas. Participated in the formulation of the Air Pollution Action Plan, the revision of the Air Pollution Prevention and Control Law and the air quality assurance of major activities. At present, we are participating in the implementation of the project "Causes and control of heavy atmospheric pollution in Beijing, Tianjin and surrounding areas"
