Kristina is a commercial development expert, technology transfer specialist, investor and serial entrepreneur. Working across the cleantech, fintech and IoE sectors, Ms Rayko identifies investment opportunities, advises startups on business strategy, investment and commercialisation and conducts market research. She also hosts China delegations, leads missions to China and consults to companies entering the China market on market opportunities, licensing, technology collaboration, government support and investment. Kristina is a renowned public speaker and presenter, editor and adviser and sits on multiple enterprise boards. She also assists a wildlife charity in Africa in her spare time.

Saber Invest Ltd.Edgar has broad experience across academia, business and investment and has worked on multiple projects in Russia, CIS countries, Europe and China. A serial entrepreneur himself, he consults companies on investment strategy, business development and international scaleup. Edgar led a range of companies in healthcare, steel manufacture, construction, fintech and software areas. He holds degrees from the Univeristy of Belarus and University of Pavia in Italy and is completing a PhD degree in Banking and Finance.

Giovanni Breglio graduated in Electronic Engineering cum laude at University of Naples Federico II on 1990. In 1994 he graduated the PhD degree. He is Full Professor of Electronic Engineering in Department of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology of University of Naples Federico II, where he manages and coordinates the Laboratory of Optoelectronics and Power Semiconductor Devices at DIETI. His main scientific activities are manly in the areas of Power Electronic Devices development and characterization, and the design and optimization of optoelectronic devices and Fiber Optic Sensor systems. On these topics he is author of more than 170 among journal and proceedings articles. He is owner of 11 international patents. He was coordinator of the Research Unit of Napoli within several international project of research with the main international companies in the field of Optoelectronic and Power Electronic. He has been also responsible for several scientific research agreements with external organizations or companies, among them, the most important are: the CIRA (Italian Aerospace Research Centre in Capua), ST Microelectronics Catania, IRCI Turin and VISHAY Turin.
